16 JULAI 2026 - MBOT Tech Leads 2026 Session 3 brought together technology professionals and industry leaders for a day of learning, sharing, and networking at the MBOT Training Room, MBOT, Putrajaya. Held under the theme "Advancing Your Tech Trajectory," the event opened with welcoming remarks by YBhg. Prof. Dato' Ts. Ir. Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim bin Abdul Mutalib, FASc., President of MBOT.
The programme featured a Visionary Session by Dato' Ts. Tengku Intan Narqiah Tengku Othman, Group Chief Transformation Officer Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Keluarga Berhad who shared valuable lessons in "Thriving Through Change: Lessons from Three Decades of Technology Transformation." Her session inspired participants to stay adaptable, embrace change, and continue growing throughout their careers.
Participants also gained fresh perspectives during the Masterclass Session by En. Chor Chee Hoe, Co-Founder and CEO of Qarbotech Sdn. Bhd., who spoke on "Turning Ideas into Purpose-Driven Innovation."
The event concluded with an engaging live podcast featuring Tan Sri Datuk Dr. Rebecca Fatima Sta Maria, Director of The Institute for Democracy and Economic Affairs (IDEAS) on "Optimizing Bureaucracy, Mastering Soft Power, and Building People," moderated by Ts. Ir. Lau Yew Nen, CEO of One Medicare Sdn Bhd.
